was founded in Saint-Petersburg in 1991.

The main direction of our activity is designing residental and public buildings.

Among the carried out projects are: the first-in- Russia condominium on Buharestskaya street, overpass Ushakovskaya flyover, an apartment complex "Green Island", hotel "Emerald" on Suvorovsky prospect, apartment houses on Nevsky and Suvorovsky prospects, the Tverskaya street and Pesochnaya embankment.
There is a construction of the hotel "Northern Palmira" and the St.-Petersburg Jewish Community House on the Petrogradskaya side, large complexes of apartment and public buildings "Near the Rostral Columns" "The Sea Facade" and "The Sea Cascade" on Vasilevskiy Island. Our projects and constructions were many timed awarded by gold and silver diplomas of All-Russia architectural festival "Zodchestvo". At present there are 60 employees working in the company.
The high level of professionalism and modern technical maintenance allows our company to be one of the most demanded and successful architectural workshops of St.-Petersburg.
